Student Government

Students are enjoined to form extracurricular organizations for their common ideas, interests, goals and concerns, and more importantly, to help them in their academic endeavor. They may publish quarterly or semestral newsletters, in print or digital; or create projects that will benefit the student body. They may also help raise funds for schoolwide activities, including social events and community projects.

Student organizations must apply for recognition. The letter requesting for recognition shall be submitted to the President through the Dean. The letter must contain a copy of the organization’s by-laws, list of officers, list of members, and name(s) of faculty adviser(s).

Student organizations shall be guided by all pertinent provisions to include conduct of activities, prohibitions and disciplinary measures. The officers of student organizations shall be responsible and held liable for any incurred damage involving school property or facilities used by the organization.

The officers of each student organization shall be elected by the members thereof in accordance with their respective by-laws; provided, however, that every election of officers of the organization shall be under the supervision of the assigned faculty adviser(s).
